So this page does something simple: it tells you exactly how we work, why we work this way, and what you’ll feel at every step. No small print.

A lot happens at the same time on a wedding day. There are the obvious moments—an entrance, a hug or a speech. And then there are the smaller ones that last only a few seconds: a glance between your parents, someone getting emotional without wanting to draw attention, or a gesture you may not even have noticed.
Our job is to anticipate those moments, stay close and know when a photograph can turn something fleeting into something that lasts.

02 · HOW WE WORK
STEP BY STEP
We meet
A video call, in English, at a time that works for your timezone. You tell us how you imagine your wedding, we answer everything, and you get a proposal made for you. No pressure and no templates: it’s always me, Alejandro, on the other side.
You lock your date
When the diposit is done, that date is yours and we never offer it to anyone else. Couples tell us this is when the wedding starts feeling real.
We prepare every detail
We study your venue, its light hour by hour, and your timeline — and if we haven’t shot there yet, we scout it or research it in depth. Knowing where the sun falls at 7 pm at a specific masia is the difference between a correct photo and THE photo. Planning from abroad? We’ll coordinate directly with your planner or venue so nothing gets lost in translation.
We meet at a pre-wedding session (optional)
Almost nobody feels natural in front of a camera at first. A relaxed session weeks before — or during your first days in Spain — fixes that: by the wedding day, the camera is family.
The wedding day
We work in silence, without interrupting. We know when to step in — fixing a reflection, stealing you away for two minutes when the light is on your side — and above all when not to. Our measure of success: you barely remember we were there. Until you see the photographs.
The couple portraits
We find the moment when the light is at its best, and we keep it short — you have a party to enjoy. A few minutes of gentle direction, not an endless photo session.
The editing
A photograph doesn’t end when the shutter clicks. Every image in your gallery goes through my hands, one by one — natural colours, real skin, nothing trendy that will scream its decade in five years. If a photo is in your gallery, it’s because it deserves to be.
The delivery
An online gallery with your complete wedding, from getting ready to the last dance: a minimum of 700 hand-edited photographs — each one in colour AND black & white, so you always choose your favourite version. Easy to download and share with family anywhere in the world.
03 · THE INVISIBLE WORK
THINGS WE DO WITHOUT YOU
noticing
We help with your timeline before almost anyone (we know how long a Spanish wedding really takes — and where the delays hide). We decide the exact hour for each photo based on your venue’s light in your season, not a template. We talk to the DJ and the caterer, coordinate with your planner, and quietly fix backgrounds and reflections before they exist in your photos. And we know when to put the camera down: some moments are documented, others are respected.
None of this appears on a quote. All of it appears in your photographs.

Photographs last forever. That’s why we create timeless images—photographs you can look back on twenty years from now and still feel as relevant as they do today.
Emotion can’t be repeated. A hug only happens once. We would rather be in the right place when it happens than ask you to recreate it once the moment is no longer real.
Blending into the background is a skill. It’s neither accidental nor a matter of shyness: it’s about knowing where to be, when to move and when to become invisible.
Light leads the way. A great photograph begins with a deep understanding of light. Everything else—timings, locations and moments—is arranged around it.

Our collections start at €2,500, VAT included — always with full-day coverage and the minimum of 700 hand-edited photographs. We’ll send you the complete details when you write: that way we talk about your actual wedding, not a generic price list.
One thing worth knowing if you’re comparing from abroad: that price includes Spanish VAT (21%) and travel across Catalonia. No surprises later — it’s not how we do things.

EVERYTHING YOU
NEED TO KNOW
How far in advance should we book?
Many couples book between twelve and eighteen months before their wedding, especially for Saturdays between May and October.
That said, it is always worth asking. Some dates remain available, and we also photograph weekday weddings, off-season celebrations and events planned with less notice.
How do we reserve our date?
Your date is officially reserved once the contract has been signed and the booking fee has been paid.
From that moment on, we will not accept another wedding photography booking for the same day.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes.
Barcelona and Catalonia are our main working areas, but we also photograph weddings in the Balearic Islands, Andorra, the rest of Spain and other European destinations.
Whenever travel or accommodation costs apply, they will be clearly detailed in your proposal.
How long will you be at our wedding?
Our standard coverage is ten hours. We normally begin during the preparations and finish approximately one hour after the party starts. The exact schedule is adapted to the structure and timing of each wedding.
When will we receive our photographs?
The delivery time depends on the collection you choose. The complete gallery may be delivered within 30, 60 or 90 days. Some collections also include a preview of approximately 50 photographs within the first 24 or 48 hours. All delivery times and conditions are clearly detailed before you book.
Do you deliver all the photographs?
We deliver every photograph that passes our selection process and adds something meaningful to the final story. We remove test shots, duplicates, accidentally blurred images and photographs in which someone’s expression is not flattering. Depending on the collection, the final gallery usually contains between 700 and 900 edited photographs.
Do you deliver unedited photographs?
No. The selection and editing process is an essential part of our work and of Sunnydays’ visual identity. Your photographs are delivered fully finished, in high resolution and ready to print.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No previous experience in front of a camera is needed. During some portraits, we will guide you on where to stand, how to make the most of the light or which small adjustment could improve the photograph. There will also be many moments when you will not need to do anything at all.
Do you take family and group photographs?
Yes. Before the wedding, we prepare a short list of the important family photographs so that this part of the day is quick and well organised. We recommend limiting the list to the groups you genuinely want to remember. We can then take more informal photographs with friends and relatives throughout the rest of the day.
Do you work with wedding planners and videographers?
All the time. We coordinate with the planning team, videographers, musicians and venue staff to avoid getting in each other’s way and ensure that every part of the wedding flows naturally. We can also recommend trusted suppliers whenever a couple needs help finding the right team.
Do you offer wedding films?
Yes. A videography team can be added to any of our photography collections. The available options may include a short trailer, a highlight film and a complete recording of the ceremony.
What happens if it rains?
We keep working. Before the wedding, we assess covered alternatives, indoor spaces and any possible schedule adjustments. Rain may change the plan, but it does not prevent us from creating a beautiful wedding story. In many cases, it produces particularly interesting light and atmosphere.
